  • Usage

Some people may be allergic to tea tree oil. Doing a skin patch test will help you determine whether or not you are allergic to tea tree oil.

Combine three drops of tea tree oil with ½ to 1 teaspoon of a carrier oil. This carrier oil Argan oil, Castor Oil, Almond Oil, Grapeseed Oil.

Place a few drops of the diluted oil onto the inside of your elbow and cover the area with a band aide. Leave the band aide on for 24 to 48 hours. Remove the band aide after 24 to 48 hours. If you don't notice any irritation, you probably are not allergic to tea tree oil and can use it on your skin.

Treatment of skin diseases: abrasions, acne, scabies, herpes and allergies.

Make a tea tree oil bug spray.

Combine 4 ounces (118.29 millilitres) of distilled water, 3 ounces (88.7206 millilitres) of witch hazel, and 30 drops of tea tree oil in a glass spray bottle. Shake the bottle before using the spray. You can add ½ teaspoon of vegetable glycerine to help the ingredients mix better.

Tea tree oil is effective in almost all respiratory diseases: bronchitis, flu, sore throat.

Pour water into a large pot and bring it to a boil. Remove the pot from the heat and add 2 to 3 drops of tea tree oil to the water. Drape a towel over your head, similar to a tent, and lean over the pot. Be careful not to get too close to the steam to prevent burns.

Inhale the steam for about 5 to 10 minutes every night before bed. Repeat this process until symptoms are gone. If symptoms persist for 5 days or more, consult your doctor.

Inhibits the growth of bacteria such as staphylococci, streptococci, pneumococci, gonococci, Escherichia coli.

You can also create a tea tree oil foot soak. Fill a small tub with warm water. Add some Epsom salts, one drop of tea tree oil, and one drop of lavender oil. Let your toes soak in the water for a few minutes.

Combine five to six drops of tea tree oil with one tablespoon of coconut oil. Use this on skin infections but avoid using it in sensitive areas, such as the genitals.

  • Other Information

Tea tree oil is derived from the leaves of the tea tree. The tea tree was named by eighteenth century sailors, who made tea that smelled like nutmeg from the leaves of the tree growing on the swampy south-east Australian coast. Do not confuse the tea tree with the unrelated common tea plant that is used to make black and green teas.

Tea tree oil is POSSIBLY SAFE for most people when put on the skin, but it can cause skin irritation and swelling. In people with acne, it can sometimes cause skin dryness, itching, stinging, burning, and redness.

Applying products to the skin that contain tea tree oil along with lavender oil might not be safe for young boys who have not yet reached puberty. These products might have hormone effects that could disrupt the normal hormones in a boy's body. In some cases, this has resulted in boys developing abnormal breast growth called gynecomastia. The safety of these products when used by young girls is not known.

Tea tree oil is LIKELY UNSAFE when taken by mouth. Don't take tea tree oil by mouth. As a general rule never take undiluted essential oils by mouth due to the possibility of serious side effects. Taking tree tea oil by mouth has caused confusion, inability to walk, unsteadiness, rash, and coma.

    Special Precautions & Warnings:

    Pregnancy and breast-feeding

Tea tree oil is POSSIBLY SAFE when applied to the skin. However, it is LIKELY UNSAFE if taken by mouth. Ingestion of tea tree oil can be toxic and cause slight nerve damage if used consistantly on the skin.

    Supplements Purported to Speed Healing

The following advice is not meant to replace ongoing visits to medical doctors. This is a critical time to maintain a healthy relationship with a holistic doctor who will design a protocol to address your personal sensitivities and individual needs. Please- Also, note that I’m not a doctor. I’m a natural remedies pest control specialist who has consulted with thousands of parasite victims at various stages of their illness.

Colloidal Silver (Perhaps the single most popular natural remedy in the Morgellons community. Nutra Silver is the brand of choice among Morgellons victims, as it is said to be 30 times stronger than other brands. Colloidal silver must not be taken with other supplements unless directed by a doctor.)

    A Natural antibiotic/ parasite cleanse -

Easy to make and mix in a dish

Horseradish sauce 1 teaspoon with Garlic paste 1 teaspoon Ginger paste 1 teaspoon and Chilli paste 1 teaspoon add to this

Mix with 2 tablespoons of Mauka Honey or any good natural honey and stir all together.( Cayenne Pepper is good too, just a pinch if you think you can tolerate it).

NOTE: Garlic thins the blood check your meds and with your doctor first if you have health issues of this kind.

Keep this hot and sweet mix can be kept in the fridge covered over and to use as a natural medicine daily.

Take 1 LEVEL teaspoon morning noon and night. Make fresh every few days. Now check how you feel, either carry on or wait a few days and try again. EXPECT to experience die off effects such as flu symptoms as this potent mix forces parasites from within the body out and changes your body odour.

Grapefruit Seed Extract (A hugely popular supplement in the Morgellons community.)

Mega Doses of Vitamin C (This standard protocol for cancer is also popular in the Morgellons community.)

Turmeric (Equally effective in the form of a pill.)

Raw Garlic (Said to be much less effective in pill form.)

    >Organic Skin Healing Substances:

    Cannabis Cream:

I’ll never forget the call from a Morgellons victim who became infested with mites after a tree clearing operation in her neighbourhood. For three years, she battled mites in her home and tried everything possible to get the parasites out of her skin. My heart dropped when she told me about the miraculous healing she’d experienced using a high-quality prescription grade cannabis cream. Through tears, she explained that it worked better than any chemical prescription or organic remedy she had ever tried. Indeed, victims of Morgellons and skin cancer alike have delivered many testimonials regarding cannabis, hemp and marijuana products. There has never been a better time to find a sympathetic doctor who might agree to write you a topical prescription.

Manuka Honey: Another wildly popular treatment for skin lesions.

Manuka honey is significantly stronger than other types of commercial honey because the manuka tree contains very high levels of an antibacterial compound called methylglyoxal (MGO). Be sure to choose a brand with a lab certified rating of 15+ UMF or higher. Beware that honey can cause serious reactions in people who are allergic to bees or pollen. If you’ve always been able to eat commercial honey as a topping, there should be little reason to worry. Oregano Oil: Highly regarded as a scabies treatment, oregano oil is too strong for direct application to skin. Holistic doctors generally recommend mixing it with a carrier agent such as Argan oil can be found www.natureswayhyde.co.uk. Thieves Oil: This powerful oil is a combination of Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus Radiata and Rosemary essential oils. You can buy a prepackaged formulation or make it yourself. Plenty of recipes are available on natural health forums. Again, remember that essential oils should not be applied full strength to skin. Mix them with a carrier oil such as Castor oil or Argan oil. Other Essential Oils: The most popular essential oils associated with killing bacteria and fungus are Tea Tree Oil, Cedar Oil, Peppermint Oil, Thyme Oil and Eucalyptus Oil. It comes as no surprise that all of these oils are used in various over-the-counter medications, including mouth washes, vapor rubs, acne products and arthritis treatments.Bentonite Clay: Bentonite clay is often used in salons for skin detoxification. It is said to draw bacteria and other harmful microbes out of the skin. I once spoke to a woman with horrific complexion problems due to parasites that could often be felt moving under her skin. She was particularly concerned about a cluster of parasites near the corner of her mouth. When several chemical prescriptions and organic treatments failed her, she turned to a daily regime involving bentonite clay and cedar oil. Within weeks, her complexion returned to a healthy state, and she was able to go out in public without feeling dreadfully insecure. Coconut Oil: There’s a running joke that natural healing enthusiasts throw coconut oil at every illness coming down the pike and expect it to work miracles that doctors can’t achieve with their prescription pads. On the positive side, coconut oil is powerful enough to heal chronic bacterial and fungal infections of the skin. I would love to report that great numbers of parasite callers have experienced success using coconut oil alone, but it is not quite the miracle cure for unexplained dermopathy involving parasites. Castor Oil: Castor oil is said to be particularly effective against parasite eggs, but there are no formal studies to back up this assertion. Still, it’s an amazing treatment for Demodex mites that congregate along eyelashes. Coconut oil tends to melt very quickly and drip down into the eyes, causing a film that’s more annoying than harmful. When applied along the lash line with a Q-tip, castor oil stays in place all day long. No wonder it’s a wildly popular organic remedy for eyelash growth! Also, Castor Oil is good for the hair and skin and less smell too. It is very Safe to use all over the body and in your private areas.

  • My name is Ruth.I live in the UK and had my first Morgellons symptoms on Boxing Day night 2014. Late in the evening, I developed severe itching on one forearm. It very quickly became swollen and inflamed. I thought I had either been bitten or had been exposed to an allergen. This was a new thing for me. I got through that night with hydrocortisone cream and antihistamines. The next day doing research online led me to consider scabies. This caused me anxiety because of the visitors I had in the house over Christmas. Meanwhile, my symptoms developed to more rashes and itching. I had to do a supermarket shop and saw some anti-itch cream, Eurax which I bought as it was New Year coming up, no time to go to the doctor. Online I saw that this could also be a treatment for scabies so did a head to toe coverage treatment with it. Meanwhile, I started to research on how to deal with scabies and started decluttering, plastic bagging and deep cleaning. I became exhausted because of anxiety re visitors staying and not wanting to pass anything on to them, lack of sleep and the constant cleaning. About two weeks later I had a new symptom. I felt a sharp stinging pain on one finger, went across to a strong light to see what had happened and saw something small and black coming out of my skin and it then disappeared back into the skin. I then panicked more thinking that I may have mites or some other parasite. It was the weekend and I went to see an emergency doctor who was not convinced but suggested scabies treatment again. I did that and repeated it again seven days later. However talking to another medical friend, I was told 'but you never see scabies on your skin without magnification' so I knew it could not be that. I continued to see black bits emerging from my skin and searched in my daughter's bedroom for a toy microscope she no longer used. My husband had been unwilling to look at any of my 'black bits' managed to get the microscope working and was then more interested in looking at a specimen if I could show him one in the process of emerging. He saw this and we managed to get it under the microscope and then we saw what it was, not any sort of insect looking thing but most definitely a bundle of fibres. I then started research online on what to do about this, discovered the name for it and found out that there was no help medically in the UK, apart from possibly a London dermatologist but even this was possibly no real help. My husband wanted me to go to a dermatologist. I was very wary of this knowing that many others had been given a diagnosis of delusional parasitosis. I did eventually go to see a dermatologist that my husband said was very open-minded. By the time I saw him I was well on the way to being better but I told him what had happened and what I had done. He looked at me and very carefully said that none of the things I had seen on my skin had come out of my skin. Even though I was so much better and it really didn't matter that he wasn't going to help me, I still found it very traumatising to have my symptoms unacknowledged. I was very surprised at how upsetting I found it. And I hadn't even taken any samples in with me which apparently is the sign to them to give a psychiatric diagnosis. So I looked to online sites for advice. I looked at the howicuredmorgellons site but wasn't sure I could do all of the suggested protocol, or source everything in the UK (as it is an American site). I eventually find a site by a Mr. Commonsense and tried to do all I could that he suggested. This was a poor man's protocol. I still didn't do everything he suggested but I did get Kleen Green! It was wonderful to find a UK supplier! I used it on my skin and for cleaning (and still do today). The Kleen Green helped on any rashes/itching that I had. It helped to get more black bits out of my skin. I carried on with this for the next six months. However that summer in the sunshine I was getting large amounts of fibres coming out. I also worried I was seeing fibres in my urine. As a Christian, I had prayed about this from the beginning asking for God's help and guidance. At this point I felt very desperate, what I was doing wasn't working and I felt very lonely and in need of a support group. I looked again online, looked again at howicuredmorgellons and on that forum. For the first time looking there I saw a thread, Welcome To The UK And All Of Europe. For me it meant I was welcome there, would be able to do it all from the UK with support and I started to read through the forum threads and all the articles on site. During the process of reading it all I slowly became confident that this was the right way for me to proceed. After posting on the forum I got lots of advice. I followed the protocol like a handbook on how to get well. It wasn't easy or cheap. I found the change to diet very hard at first (no sugar, bread, rice, potato, any flour except coconut flour) Now its fine and I will keep eating this way for life as I know its healthy for me. More details are given in the diet I followed below. The protocol consisted of the change to diet, supplements, MMS, rest and sleep, getting rid of mould. I also used oregano oil which the best quality can be bought from online at www.natureswayhyde.co.uk. It was all about healing from the inside out, so although all the purging was uncomfortable it was a necessary part of getting the disease out of my body. It actually got worse to begin with as my immune system got stronger and was able to get more out of my body. I had the scratches and cuts as well. I had very small sores but they quickly healed using Kleen Green/MMS/essential oils. I have never been able to get Lyme testing but its possible I've had Lyme and co-infections or maybe I had had some of those co-infections without the Lyme. I don't know. Although I am now well I am continuing to take the supplements but no longer take the MMS or Olive Leaf. I followed every part of the protocol and nearly three years later can say that I am well again. In some ways more healthy than I have been for a while. I have developed a strong interest in essential oils because I having used them for Morgellons and am continuing to learn about how to use them for health. If you are interested in knowing more about how I progressed on the protocol you can read on the howicuredmorgellons forum under the Welcome To The UK thread. I posted an update each months saying how I was getting on and my ups and downs with symptoms and healing. I am so grateful to the makers of Kleen Green and for the UK suppliers for recognising Morgellons as a real disease and for the support and help that they give to those suffering from the condition. Here are some ways I used Kleen Green: WAYS I USED KLEEN GREEN FOR MORGELLONS For Cleaning I used Kleen Green to clean everything. I searched the house for mould and used Kleen Green to clean it. In my house I found mould under toilet cisterns, in showers, on walls, on window frames. I cleaned mould by spraying KG onto the surface then wiping with toilet paper and flushing paper down the toilet. Whereas in the past I would clean with a polish spray and then dust, I now spray with KG then wipe with a cloth on hard surfaces. I spray soft furnishings like sofas, curtains and also carpet (after hoovering). I also use the KG to spray inside shoes and boots after use and also spray coats and jackets that are not washed frequently. In the early days of Morgellons I used Kleen Green to clean the walls and ceiling of the room I slept in and lived most in. I also used KG to clean out the walls and shelves of my wardrobe and also all drawers. I spray KG over everything, e.g. my bookshelves – all the books get a spray over them each week and come to no harm! I use KG to mop the floors. I use KG to spray over my plastic mattress cover each time I change my sheets and give the sides of my bed a good spray over. When I had plastic duvet covers I also cleaned those with KG. I now add essential oils to my KG. Its a pleasant smell and adds to the cleaning power. CHANGES TO MY DIET No sugar This also means no fruit initially. After a year on the protocol, I started to try adding berries green apples and rhubarb. I now eat berries, watermelon, pineapple, plums. For sweetening I use stevia. Low Carb This means no potato, rice, wheat, no flour except coconut. I made bread with coconut flour and ground almonds. I ate small amounts of oats. I was ok eating pulses but not everyone is. I was ok with quinoa which I used to make veggie burgers to eat with eggs for breakfast. My diet consisted mainly of salad/vegetables with a small amount of protein. Avocados are good for us but of course expensive. I ate eggs every day for breakfast, salad for lunch with chopped raw garlic sprinkled over and cooked vegetables for tea. For salad dressing, I used half a lime and a good olive oil. Lots of garlic in everything. For cooking in a pan, I use coconut oil or butter. In cold weather, I had soup for lunch made with lots of vegetables, coconut milk and spices. If you eat meat to buy it on the bone and boil the bones to make bone broth to make into soup. I ate probiotic organic yoghurt but otherwise stuck to non-dairy. Now I can eat cheddar matured over 12 months. I basically stuck to a paleo/alkaline diet but also cut out fruit. The one pudding I made for my elderly mum to eat with her is fruit crumble made with oats, ground almonds and butter. This is the one time I use Truvia. After a year on treatment, I added in raw cacao powder and made a fudge with almond butter for treats. I ate nuts, particularly almonds if I felt hungry. But after getting over the sugar cravings which took a couple of months I found I was not often feeling hungry. I drink a lot of water. That is my main drink. In the early days I added lemon juice to it, but take care of your teeth with this. I also drink a lot of herbal teas cistus in canus is good. I gave up coffee for over two years. I now have just one cup a day after lunch. I gave up Yorkshire tea (black tea) also and now drink it very rarely. Green tea is good for us. So although I have added some things in now I feel better, my diet has not changed that much. And that is because as a result of Morgellons I've learnt so much about eating healthily and am really happy with how I feel. I no longer feel that I'm missing out by not eating cake, doughnuts, etc. And I was the one who would always make puddings for guests/family and lots of cake. I still sometimes cook these things for other people but am happy not eating it myself. Hope this helps others, Ruth.
